No need to write this review, the box says it all: ‘World’s best base layer’ (taken from a US outdoor magazine award I think). Is it? Well, it’s pretty amazing. It’s the softest merino wool layer here, seemingly durable and comfortable. It’s not too tight, and the only comment is that it’s a bit short, but otherwise the Icebreaker Oasis LS Crew is a really superb baselayer I’ll be wearing a lot no doubt.
