There was a lot of love for this tripod when I went camping with a few friends – EasyCamp have sold a couple more already!
The fire tray sits off the ground on three legs. They need to be screwed in each time if you fully pack it away, which is a bit of a pain, but the tripod stands 150cm high and fits together easily.
A chain then holds the grill at any height you like. As any barbecue expert knows, it’s very handy to be able to raise and lower your cooking. This works very well and leaves no trace on the floor. Even if you’re not cooking over it, it’s a good way to contain a fire.
