These are solid leather boots with all the expected features. They’re a little stiffer than most boots in this category and a little more effort is required to flex them at the forefoot when walking. Laterally they hardly bend at all. The leather upper is protected by a wide rand and the toe and heel are both solid. They’re just wide enough for me but overall would suit someone with a narrower foot. The cushioning is effective and thicker than on many boots. The Vibram sole grips well. The foam round the collar and
tongue is minimal compared with some boots but the boots are still comfortable. For summer they may still be too warm. If they fit these are good looking boots that are well worth considering.
