Ingrina Shieh is a runner, hillwalker, backpacking and wild camping enthusiast. Since her first multi-day hike in 2018, she has hiked established and self-planned routes across the UK and the Alps. She volunteers as a Ranger with London National Park City and a Wayfarer for Slow Ways, guiding and pioneering walks as well as writing articles. She was also part of the Opening the Outdoors Changemakers Programme to promote diversity in multi-day hiking.
