The bothy at Camasunary on Skye has been declared unsafe for use after suffering storm damage
The recent bad weather has severely affected Skye’s much-loved bothy at Camasunary bay. Many of the tin roof sheets have been blown off along with timber work as well.
Due to the possibility of further sheets becoming detached, the Mountain Bothies Assocation has announced that the shelter is now closed until emergency repairs have been carried out.
