The best in this year’s outdoor clothing, equipment, tech, innovation, sustainability, and more.
The Great Outdoors Awards are now well underway. Readers still have the chance to vote for their favourite campaigners, retailers, books and service providers but in the meantime, our judges have been hard at work drawing up the shortlists in The Great Outdoors Gear of the Year Awards.
These awards are entered by the brands themselves, meaning that every entry represents what the manufacturers feel are the highlights and flagship products from their 2017/18 ranges. From those entries, our judging team has selected the most innovative and interesting – and the final winners will be announced later this year.
