For groups this is an adequate kit with a good selection of items. I’d add another painkiller (ibuprofen or aspirin) and maybe some extra blister dressings (four are provided) but that’s about it. The contents don’t fill the roomy pouch so there’s space for any items you want to add. The pouch itself folds out and there are three inner compartments so access to the contents is good. The zip isn’t a watertight one though so care is needed to keep it dry.
