This Snugpak is a basic synthetic bag, and as a result is fairly heavy at 2000g. However, it has the advantages of being quick drying and still insulating when wet. A neat touch is the oversize zip baffle that also has a zip on the end, allowing the bag to be widened, although it wouldn’t be as warm in this configuration. The hood is easy to adjust and fit well. There’s an LED torch in a pocket that could be useful. There’s no shoulder baffle. The price makes this a good option if weight isn’t essential. Certainly not the warmest here.
